Offline-readiness boundary

No untested cache layer.

No service worker is added because cache invalidation, updates, offline fallback, and privacy behavior are not fully implemented and tested in this WIP release.

  • File sizes are build-time bytes; transfer compression on Apache or LiteSpeed depends on the target hosting configuration.
  • The build environment blocks ordinary browser navigation to localhost, so the Chromium suite used local route fulfilment with the real project files.
  • Actual field Core Web Vitals require target-host telemetry and are not claimed.
