# IARPG — Intelligence Agent Role Playing Game > iarpg.com is the public home of IARPG: both a fictional international intelligence role-playing game concept and the open mission-design system used to define, test, explain, and research it. The current site is a work-in-progress reference publication with six complete example operations, browser-local creation and review tools, standards, schemas, an international atlas, and a research archive. It is not a live persistent worldwide MMO or native VR game. This routing guide is not authoritative and is not a source of project truth; prefer canonical HTML, current standards records, verified implementation evidence, and active UAI summaries. ## Start here - [What IARPG is and how to use the site](https://iarpg.com/start): canonical first-visit guide, current-versus-future boundary, audience routes, five site layers, ten-minute tour, toolchain map, task finder, and vocabulary. - [Home](https://iarpg.com/): concise product identity, current release scope, first actions, mission example, and publication status. - [Game and operations overview](https://iarpg.com/operations): the fictional player premise, authorities, roles, evidence-centered decisions, extraction, and debrief. - [How the proposed player loop works](https://iarpg.com/how-to-play): briefing, role selection, access, collection, validation, delivery, extraction, and debrief. This is conceptual guidance, not a live-game tutorial. - [Complete mission examples](https://iarpg.com/missions): six reviewable operations with briefs, roles, evidence, states, outcomes, and standards links. ## Five connected site layers 1. [Game concept](https://iarpg.com/operations): what players would do and why intelligence, uncertainty, access, cover, and handoffs matter. 2. [Mission examples](https://iarpg.com/missions): complete fictional operations that show the model in practice. 3. [Browser-local laboratory](https://iarpg.com/build): create, simulate, compare, assemble, verify, merge, replay, resolve, review, debrief, migrate, and preview publication without an account or remote runtime dependency. 4. [Standards and schemas](https://iarpg.com/standards): canonical IARPG-OPS-2 requirements, record JSON, examples, conformance, and compatibility contracts. 5. [Research and governance](https://iarpg.com/docs/): international methodology, source lineage, canonical reports, review states, corrections, accessibility, performance, release evidence, and UAI memory. ## Common tasks - [Create or remix a Mission Brief](https://iarpg.com/build) - [Run a deterministic scenario](https://iarpg.com/simulate) - [Inspect a complete Operation Package](https://iarpg.com/package) - [Record and compare evidence](https://iarpg.com/evidence-lab) - [Verify package integrity](https://iarpg.com/integrity) - [Merge two package branches](https://iarpg.com/merge) - [Replay role knowledge and handoffs](https://iarpg.com/replay) - [Resolve evidence custody differences](https://iarpg.com/evidence-diff) - [Compose a debrief](https://iarpg.com/debrief) - [Migrate an older artifact](https://iarpg.com/migrate) - [Preview a compact publication](https://iarpg.com/publish) - [Search the whole publication](https://iarpg.com/search) - [Read direct answers](https://iarpg.com/faq) - [Look up terminology](https://iarpg.com/glossary) ## International scope and fairness - [Global Intelligence Atlas](https://iarpg.com/global): 195-country roadmap, dedicated profiles, regional baselines, multinational systems, and transparent coverage states. - [International fairness methodology](https://iarpg.com/global-methodology): equal evidence burden, formal-versus-practical authority, explicit uncertainty, rights and oversight review, affected-community context, locally authored or local-language sources where feasible, endonym awareness, corrections, and no permanent national or cultural hero/villain framing. ## Research, trust, and release status - [Research archive](https://iarpg.com/docs/): canonical long-term reports with sections, source lineage, checksums, review state, and truth boundaries. - [Editorial and evidence method](https://iarpg.com/editorial): source hierarchy, current authority, corrections, citations, and limitations. - [Release promotion](https://iarpg.com/promotion): explicit pass, fail, and not-tested gates. The current package remains work in progress. - [Developer publication](https://iarpg.com/developer): schemas, examples, canonical JSON, fixtures, compatibility, and machine routes without an API key. ## Canonical machine resources - [Site discovery record](https://iarpg.com/.well-known/iarpg-operations.json) - [Standards catalog JSON](https://iarpg.com/standards-catalog.json) - [Global search index](https://iarpg.com/search-index.json) - [Direct answer catalog](https://iarpg.com/answers.json) - [Canonical report manifest](https://iarpg.com/docs/manifest.json) - [International coverage record](https://iarpg.com/international-coverage.json) - [Public UAI memory mirror](https://iarpg.com/docs/uai/) - [XML sitemap](https://iarpg.com/sitemap.xml) - [Atom update feed](https://iarpg.com/feed.xml) - [OpenSearch description](https://iarpg.com/opensearch.xml) ## Citation guidance Prefer canonical HTML pages for user-facing claims and citations. Use record JSON or report Markdown when exact machine fields or source bodies are needed. A research report may contain exploratory, historical, conflicting, or unverified statements; current verified implementation and tests, active UAI current-state records, and current reviewed standards control product truth. Preserve uncertainty, source limitations, formal-versus-practical authority distinctions, and current-versus-future product boundaries. ## Safety and product truth The publication covers fictional game and standards design. It does not provide practical instructions for real-world intrusion, targeting, surveillance abuse, weapons use, evasion, coercion, evidence destruction, or other wrongdoing. Generated AI language may express claims but never owns authoritative mission truth, access, rewards, warrants, or completion state. The reference tools run locally in the browser and do not establish a production multiplayer service. ## Version IARPG-OPS-2 2.0.10-wip
