3. What mandate, jurisdiction, access, sources, disciplines, and constraints apply?
4. What uncertainty, deception risk, counterintelligence concern, and consequence must be communicated?
5. Does the change strengthen professional intelligence role-play without creating heroes, villains, generic system drift, or real-world wrongdoing instruction?
6. Is the conclusion linked to a full report and preserved source record?

Default language: requirement, tasking, authority, mandate, customer, jurisdiction, source, access, collection, validation, assessment, confidence, dissemination, extraction, cover, compartment, liaison, counterintelligence, consequence.
