# Deterministic Simulation

## Purpose

Maintain reproducible fictional operation state machines.

## Current Doctrine

- Simulation uses Task, Plan, Access, Collect, Validate, Deliver, Extract, and Debrief.
- A visible seed and deterministic event sequence reproduce each run.
- Replaying the same first-choice branch from the `hollow-signal` seed produces the same normalized event log and terminal state.
- The event log explains every transition and exports a simulation record.
- A manually launched five-step walkthrough points to setup, phase track, decision controls, live meters, and the event log. It never starts, resets, advances, saves, exports, or transmits a simulation.
