# Release Promotion

## Current Promotion State

- Current candidate: **2.0.13-wip**.
- Stable target: **2.1.0**.
- The machine-readable [promotion record](../release-promotion-gates.json) is the source of truth for pass, fail, and not-tested totals.
- WIP status is mandatory while any required gate is failed or not tested.
- The 30-report claim review is complete only within its stated selected-claim boundary; remaining reports and external qualified review remain open.
- Deterministic onboarding and accessibility checks are implementation evidence, not human comprehension or native assistive-technology evidence.
- Remaining boundaries include moderated human study, native Firefox, native assistive-technology speech output, unrestricted externally hosted browser testing, production edge, field Core Web Vitals, and host-owned live search/crawler evidence.

## Promotion Rule

Do not reuse evidence from an older candidate as current evidence unless the gate explicitly permits carried-forward static evidence and the unchanged boundary is documented. Package integrity, local links, current manifests, discovery files, metadata assertions, and checksums must be rerun for every candidate.
