## Current Release

- **Candidate:** IARPG-OPS-2 2.0.32-wip.
- **Status:** Work in progress; source-tree validation passes with WIP limitations, and no stable-promotion blocker has been closed.
- **Primary change:** typo correction to Michael Joseph Kappel and a new `/nuclear-events` Civilian Nuclear Events Archive derived from the uploaded workbook and accident report.
- **Primary change:** a canonical `/contact` ProfilePage, a global-footer `Contact Us` link, a general public biography, direct user-authorized contact pathways, first-party profile routes, and explicit employer-history, privacy, residence, and no-intake boundaries.
- **Final source-tree inventory:** 543 sources across 14 collections; 302 canonical reports; 311 pointers; 112 active UAI records and public mirrors; 485 sitemap routes; 1,248 search records; 111 answers; 11 feed entries; zero nested archives.
- **Data handling:** no form, account, analytics, remote database, upload service, external model, or server-side message retention was added.
- **Memory boundary:** public contact values remain on the canonical page and are not duplicated in UAI or durable reports.
- **Preserved prior layers:** the 2.0.30 evidence-attribution review-readiness records, country proposals and audits, reviewer and consent workspaces, alliances, campaigns, World Context, World Systems, source custody, correction history, compact shell, heroes, wordmark backing, and responsive research cards remain intact.
- **Next WIP:** 2.0.33-wip.
- **Stable target:** 2.1.0 only after every promotion gate has current direct evidence.

## Open Promotion Blockers

Informed human comprehension, genuine source-specific human review, jurisdiction-specific legal review, qualified human translation, locally authored source verification, affected-community review, representative disabled-user accessibility review, accountable adjudication, native Firefox, native assistive-technology speech output, externally reachable production-host evidence, representative-device field performance, and live search or crawler evidence remain open. Synthetic prompts, empty slots, automated checks, browser-local fixtures, source preservation, and package comparison do not satisfy those gates.
