# Information Asymmetry

## Purpose

Make role-specific knowledge visible and intentional.

## Current doctrine

- At the same operation moment, roles may hold different verified facts, assumptions, source identities, and authority.
- The viewer must explain why information is withheld and when it may be handed off.
- No role may silently receive omniscient server knowledge.
