## Current Snapshot

- **Verified:** IARPG is a fictional international intelligence role-playing game concept plus the open design system used to define, test, document, and research it. `/start` is the canonical first-time guide; `/how-to-play` is the first game-concept destination.
- **Verified:** IARPG-OPS-2 2.0.13-wip contains 70 standards, 6 missions, 6 authorities, 8 roles, 349 preserved source files, 221 canonical reports, 95 active UAI records, and 230 authoritative durable pointer records.

- **Verified:** the non-sticky masthead owns search and release context; the sticky `.menu-strip` owns the compact IARPG logo, primary navigation, menu control, and theme control. `.menu-strip` remains the only sticky surface. - **Verified:** all 94 members of the latest archive remain individually preserved under `/docs`; 64 are exact duplicate evidence and 30 create canonical source-derived reports. - **Verified:** the 30 reports introduced in 2.0.12 now contain claim-level Reviewed Synthesis sections. The register records 167 dispositions: 76 corrected, 25 rejected, 25 not established, 25 design hypotheses, 12 jurisdiction dependent, 2 verified-current, and 2 self-reported. - **Truth boundary:** a Reviewed Synthesis is a bounded publication decision, not legal advice, medical advice, certification, or exhaustive validation of archival prose.
- **Unresolved:** moderated comprehension, native Firefox, native assistive-technology speech output, unrestricted externally hosted browser testing, field performance, production-edge evidence, and host-owned live search/crawler evidence remain open.

## Memory Rule

Durable memory augments hot memory. Do not stop consulting `.uai/`, make it emergency-only, or treat the durable index as a replacement startup packet.
