# Campaign State

## Current Campaign Model

- The fictional baseline remains 12 factions and 27 domain-specific relationships; no global friend/enemy, morality, loyalty, dangerousness, or recruitability score exists.
- `campaign-state.json` publishes nine safe stress events, 27 response paths, 16 neutral reason codes, 27 versioned baseline relationship states, and 12 alliance-centered campaign briefs.
- Every relationship change is evidence-linked, reason-coded, version-incremented, reversible, domain-specific, and accompanied by burden, dependency, internal-bloc, affected-community, correction, and consultation records. One-step undo removes the latest unexported turn from the active tab and reconstructs the prior state; any already downloaded export remains unchanged.
- `/campaign` embeds the data, stores no work or identity, calls no external service, and supports deterministic preview, a 27-row current-state board, lifecycle distribution, versioned turn history, commit, undo, turn export, and complete campaign-session export in memory only.

## Safety Boundary

The campaign prototype is fictional institutional worldbuilding. It must not accept real-person identifiers, protected characteristics, diagnostic status, real organizations as targets, recruitability profiles, coercive persuasion, covert contact, intrusion, evasion, sabotage, weapons, or operational wrongdoing guidance.
