# IARPG-OPS-2 2.0.15-wip Release Notes

## Status

Work in progress. This release adds deterministic fictional campaign state, multi-turn browser-local interaction, versioned relationship history, expanded safe alliance missions, and the associated machine, memory, discovery, and validation records. It does not claim a live persistent MMO, real-world geopolitical accuracy, participant comprehension, entertainment validation, or stable production readiness.

## Campaign-State Expansion

- Added `/campaign`, a browser-local console over the existing 12-faction and 27-relationship fictional baseline.
- Added nine safe institutional stress events and 27 response paths.
- Added 16 neutral reason codes, versioned before/after relationship states, domain-specific changes, evidence events, consultation rules, recorded dissent, burden and dependency state, internal-bloc responses, affected-community consequences, corrections, and explicit reversal conditions.
- Added deterministic preview, commit, undo, state reconstruction, single-turn export, and complete campaign-session export without accounts, analytics, storage APIs, identity input, or external requests.
- Added a responsive command dashboard with a 27-row current-state board, lifecycle distribution, explainable before/after transition table, evidence cards, consultation and dissent record, internal-bloc reactions, affected-community consequences, correction path, and versioned turn history with active-tab undo.
- Advanced browser-local draft keys and generated package profile metadata to 2.0.15 while retaining 2.0.14 draft-key migration, so existing local work remains recoverable.
- Preserved the prohibition on global friend/enemy, morality, loyalty, threat, dangerousness, and recruitability scores.

## Mission and World Content

- Preserved 12 baseline alliance mission seeds and added 12 separate campaign briefs, yielding 24 distinct fictional mission concepts across the alliance and campaign records.
- Added 12 campaign briefs covering mediation, humanitarian access, source protection, rumor correction, deconfliction, oversight, burden sharing, refusal, disengagement, reintegration, internal disagreement, and community remedy.
- Distributed campaign routes through Start Here, Missions, Alliance Observatory, Global Atlas, World, Research, navigation, footer, search, answers, glossary, sitemap, feed, and well-known machine records.

## Machine and Memory Records

- Added `campaign-state.json`, `campaign-state.schema.json`, `campaign-turn.schema.json`, `campaign-turn-example.json`, `campaign-record.schema.json`, and `campaign-record-example.json`, with byte-identical public mirrors under `docs/standards/`.
- Added `.uai/campaign-state.uai` and a durable implementation report under `docs/long-term-memory/reports/`.
- Preserved `.uai/` as active startup memory and kept `.uai/long-term-memory.uai` pointer-only.
- Current inventory: 355 preserved source files, 230 canonical reports, 239 durable pointer records, and 99 active UAI records with public mirrors.

## Interface Boundary

- The compact search/release masthead remains non-sticky.
- The IARPG logo and primary navigation remain in `.menu-strip`, the only sticky surface.
- The single orientation/evidence rail and five-path Start Here hero remain intact.
- Campaign layouts reuse shared density, responsive, reduced-motion, forced-colors, theme, and print conventions.

Automated evidence establishes implementation consistency inside the documented harnesses. It does not establish human comprehension, entertainment value, native Firefox behavior, native screen-reader speech output, field performance, real-world political accuracy, or production-host readiness.

## Promotion Boundary

This release remains WIP. Open gates include moderated unfamiliar-user research, unrestricted externally hosted Chromium, native Firefox, native assistive-technology speech output, production-matched public-edge evidence, field Core Web Vitals and representative devices, and host-owned Google, Bing, IndexNow, crawler-log, and external citation evidence.
