# IARPG-OPS-2 2.0.12-wip Release Notes

## Status

Work in progress. This package is a reference publication and design system, not a live persistent MMO or native VR client.

## Start Here hero

The oversized repeated-logo card on `/start` has been replaced by a responsive semantic orientation map. Five real links now show the site’s connected entry points: Game Concept, Missions, Create Missions, Standards, and Research. The graphic is HTML/CSS rather than a decorative raster, supports light and dark themes, linearizes on mobile, preserves high zoom and forced colors, respects reduced motion, and does not add another sticky surface.

## Supplied report incorporation

The supplied `Saudi Intelligence Security Apparatus.zip` contained 94 Markdown files. Every member is preserved individually under `docs/source-files/saudi-intelligence-security-apparatus/`; the ZIP itself is not nested in the deployment. SHA-256 comparison found 64 exact duplicates of evidence already preserved and 30 unique bodies. The duplicate files remain as provenance records and map to existing canonical reports; the unique bodies have new report-template-compliant canonical copies under `docs/long-term-memory/reports/`.

The archive name is treated only as provenance. Its contents cover many countries, portal design, game systems, AI governance, accessibility, health representation, economics, and local-inference architecture; they are not all represented as Saudi-specific research.

One member contained an embedded temporary AWS signed URL; its credential-like query string was removed from the public source and canonical report before packaging, with the original package-member checksum retained as provenance metadata.

## Public content and memory integration

Selected research now supports the homepage, Start Here, Global Intelligence Atlas, How to Play, Research Archive, economy, world, AI-mission, accessibility, and editorial pages. The site clearly labels source-derived claims as unverified until claim-level review.

Relevant hot `.uai` records contain direct links to durable report `#findings` sections. Every new report links back through its `Memory References` section. `.uai/long-term-memory.uai` remains a pointer-only ledger.

## Current validation summary

- 90/90 PHP, 6/6 JavaScript, and 10/10 Python checks passed.
- 326/326 JSON and 3/3 XML files parsed; 64/64 local-schema records and 20/20 canonicalization vectors passed.
- 349/349 source files, 94/94 latest collection members, 38/38 separately supplied report hash matches, 869/869 documentation checksums, and 4/4 partner-artwork records verified.
- Memory validation passed across 95 hot UAI records, 95 identical public mirrors, 220 reports, 229 durable pointer records, 4,288 links, and 2,776 anchors.
- 369 sitemap routes, 835 search records, and 32 answer records are current. Site identity passed 24/24, onboarding routing 15/15, browser fixtures 15/15, isolated Apache 22/22, controlled production-edge checks 59/59, structural accessibility 89 routes with zero findings, and delivery budgets 10/10.
- Desktop, tablet, mobile, and dark-theme hero renderings were visually inspected. Final flat-ZIP and external-digest results are recorded in the validation artifacts.

## Validation boundary

Local validation covers syntax, machine records, source integrity, report placement, memory paths and anchors, deterministic identity/onboarding checks, structural accessibility, managed Chromium fixtures, isolated Apache/TLS behavior, discovery, packaging, and checksums. It does not establish claim-level factual correctness, human comprehension, native Firefox behavior, native assistive-technology speech output, field Core Web Vitals, external production-host behavior, or live search-engine indexing and citation.

## Recommended next action

Perform claim-level review and comparative fairness auditing of the 30 new unique source-derived reports before further public synthesis, prioritizing current law, institutions, health guidance, country claims, vendors, products, and market figures.
